LEGO Castles — Sultan’s Gate

LEGO builder Gideon 83 has produced this rather epic fantasy castle with a middle-east­ern feel to it which he calls Sultan’s Gate. There’s a whole bunch of back­ground to go with this creation too:

Located on top of the Great Escarp­ment in Kaliphlin, the town of Sultan’s Gate guards the only scal­able path up on top of the Escarp­ment for many miles. This section of the city wall is built upon the old walls of the great ancient city built in the times of the Sultan.

It’s a really nice bit of design and I partic­u­larly love the textur­ing of the brick­work in the walls. So much more inter­est­ing that just flat bricks.
